Shipping & Delivery policy

At Digikentro, we provide software services delivered digitally. This Delivery Policy explains how and when you’ll receive access to our software after purchase. Please read it carefully.


Digital Delivery Process


Unlike physical goods, our software is delivered electronically via download links, access codes, or account activation. We process all orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. You’ll receive an email notification with instructions to access your software once it’s ready.
Occasional delays may occur due to high demand, technical issues, or verification processes beyond our control. If you don’t receive access within 3 business days, please contact us at hello@digikentro.com.


Delivery Options

  • One-Time Purchases: After processing, you’ll receive a download link or access code via email, or the software will be available in your Digikentro account. Delivery is instant once processed, assuming no technical delays.

  • Subscriptions (if applicable): Upon payment, your subscription activates immediately, and you’ll gain access to the software through your account or a provided link. Updates and new features are delivered automatically during your subscription term.

  • Trial Periods (if applicable): Free trials begin instantly upon signup, with access provided via email or account login. No additional delivery is required after the trial unless you purchase a plan.

Regional Availability


We deliver our software services globally, accessible from any location with an internet connection, unless restricted by local laws or sanctions. If you’re unsure about availability in your region, contact us at hello@digikentro.com.


Access Issues


If you experience problems accessing your software (e.g., missing email, invalid link), please:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder for the delivery email.

  2. Verify your account status at [insert account login URL, if applicable].

  3. Contact us at hello@digikentro.com with your order details if the issue persists.
    We’ll resolve most access issues within 1-2 business days.

Separate Service Contracts


If you’ve signed a separate contract for a specific service (e.g., enterprise agreement, custom development), delivery terms in that contract may differ from this policy. Refer to your agreement for details.


No Physical Shipping


As a software service provider, we do not ship physical products. All delivery is digital, and no shipping fees apply.
